Cycling Plus editor-in-chief Rob Spedding has had more than a few bike fits to try and deal with persistent neck pain and old running injuries, but has consistently ignored even the most sage of advice. So we sent him to Specialized’s UK HQ to finally get himself sorted.
After a very comprehensive fit and a week of riding Rob talks us through the changes he’s felt on the bike.
